She took my hand and said, “Well, for now lets take care of you”
I have been in Bronson in Battle Creek several times, and one time while in a lot of pain, and having a very bad time a nurse came in, I do not remember her name. But she gave me my pain meds, and stood there for a moment looking at me. She said to me, “You want me to stay until the medicine take effect?” I told her I knew she had others to tend to, she smiled at me, walked over, took my hand and said, “Well, for now lets take care of you.” She stood there holding my hand for a few minutes until the medication took effect. She then smiled, and said she would come back in a bit to make sure I was okay. She came back a bit later just to check on me.
That is nursing at your hospital, and is why Bronson is what it is. I am a very grateful person knowing your nurses are there.
