She made my stay feel like I wasn’t even in the hospital

I recently had surgery at Bronson to correct my scoliosis. I spent 4 nights/5 days on the pediatric floor of the hospital. I received the absolute best care during my stay, but was especially pleased with the care I received by RN, Jen Vklok. We shared so many stories and laughs! She made my stay feel like I wasn’t even in the hospital. I felt like I was genuinely being cared for, not like I was just another patient on her charts. I even teared up when it was time to be discharged as she hugged me goodbye! Absolute BEST nurse ever!
