She is a ROCKSTAR in Customer Service

I would like to give a huge thank you and shout out to Jessica K. who works at the check in desk at Out Patient.
She is a ROCKSTAR in Customer Service! There were several disgruntled patients waiting to be called to the registration booths, etc and she was so cheerful and told them she would check on how much longer the wait, etc.
She recognized an elderly man in a wheelchair and spoke to him with dignity and excitement as this was his last appointment day.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this woman! She is definitely the hands and feet of Jesus!
