She did a lot to help my attitude about being in the hospital

I was recently a patient at Bronson Methodist Hospital. I wanted to pass along a compliment about Paula from the dining room call center. Being in the hospital, I got myself  in a down mood. I really wanted to go home. It might not seem like a whole lot, but I happened to call down to the kitchen to get a snack. Paula was the person to answer the phone. She was such a nice lady and helped me out so much. She joked with me a tiny bit which made me feel better. She did a lot for my attitude. Although this is not my first experience at the hospital, and I have never had anything other than good experiences with your team, she really stood out. Thank you to Paula and the dining area!
