Claire Boguard, RN, on the ortho floor was great! I had surgery while at Bronson and had the best experience because of her. She went above and beyond to help meet my needs. She advocated for me and was an exceptional representation of Bronson. She clearly cares for her patients, exudes Bronson Positivity, and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. An example of her work was how she tried to get my post op report from a previous surgery in Missouri. It was not easy to obtain on the weekend but she was successful. This was reassuring for me as a patient. She stopped by to visit after her shifts when she was not my nurse to check in on me. I am so thankful for her and will remember my experience at Bronson in a positive light because of her. Additionally, my PCA Angela Rawlings was outstanding. She was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. You want more employees like these two women at Bronson!
