Her helpfulness and attitude helped put me at ease

Called several times to Central Scheduling trying to schedule an appointment for testing. The referral was not done right, and I was unable to schedule it. I was told that I was not supposed to be stressed during this time. Melissa was AMAZING. It was Friday at 5:15. She took the time to check and double-check the paperwork. Monday, she reached out to the doctor to fix the order. I would definitely say she went above and beyond.

The world needs more people like Melissa! I was so stressed and frustrated, but her helpfulness and attitude helped put me at ease.
