Sandy provided a caring, thoughtful, proactive response

Today we recognize Sandy Thompson from supply chain for supporting the team, paying attention to detail, and building trusting partnerships.

A few months ago, issues with the city water system left much of the Beckley Road business district without water. Sandy made an early morning water delivery to our urgent care (Bronson Urgent Care – Battle Creek) . . . stayed to help the staff place the water throughout the facility . . . arranged follow-up to assure that staff and patients continued to have enough water supply . . . and was back in touch the next day to offer assistance with further transport and clean-up. Sandy provided a caring, thoughtful, proactive response that supported our urgent care team and the patients who depend on us for care.
