Patti called me personally to make sure that I was doing okay

This past Friday, I had an IUD put in at the 11th Street office by Patti Zull. I was pretty apprehensive about it but she was very sweet and explained everything well. She made sure I knew the risks and the pain that I would feel. When the pain was a bit more than I planned on, she made sure that the IUD was placed correctly and everyone took wonderful care of me. They were very patient when I needed some time to rest before and after an ultrasound to ensure placement. Today Patti called me personally to make sure that I was doing okay. I’ve never had a doctor do that and I was really impressed with it. I’m very pleased with this experience, as unpleasant as it was for me.
