On August 19, 2016, we were visiting my mother from TN. We took her to Cracker Barrel in Battle Creek. She had a fainting spell, 9-1-1 was called and she was taken to Bronson Hosp. Our experience in the ER was a very prompt, thorough and efficient one. They ran several tests checking for stroke or heart problems. They recommended further tests and kept her for another two days. The doctors, nurses and other staff were friendly, caring and committed. My mother loved the food and the idea of being able to order – just like being in a restaurant. My husband and I ate at the cafeteria and were very surprised at the size and many options available for meals.

My mother was fine – all the tests were negative. Her fainting spell was just an odd, quirky experience.

Our entire experience with your hospital and staff was a very positive one. We are very appreciative of the attention and care my mother received.
