National Volunteer Week

During National Volunteer Week, we celebrate you, our Bronson volunteers, for the essential support you provide to patients and visitors, to our healthcare system and to our staff.  From hosting fundraising events such as Trees of Love, fashion shows, book fairs, and auxiliary sales to providing information and wayfinding assistance, running the gift shop, helping to improve the patient experience, popping popcorn, supporting survivors of sexual assault, providing pet therapy, cuddling our tiniest patients, and so much more.

You give selflessly of your time and, collectively, your volunteerism generates much appreciated funding to Bronson for technology upgrades, medical supplies, comfort items for patients, and scholarships to high school students pursuing careers in healthcare.

I commend you for your service and commitment to Bronson’s mission: Together, we advance the health of our communities.

Although current times are challenging, I am confident Bronson will come out of this pandemic stronger than ever because of the teamwork and strong culture of Positivity that I, as a newcomer, see thriving here.
