My pain was greatly reduced

Anonymous , Patient

I have struggled with lower back pain for many years. I have been doing stretch exercises which help. Physical therapy helped. Cortisone injections were very temporary relief. After a couple of CT scans and a MRI, Dr. Josh Ellwitz did a modified laminectomy on L4 and L5. Within 2 days my pain was greatly reduced. Now, after 2 weeks, my pain is gone and my walking and stair climbing has really improved. The operation removed arthritis spurs and enlarged the nerve openings in my vertebra.
