My father was treated with such kindness

I wanted to express my gratitude for how great my father was treated just recently. He’s in his 70’s and was admitted among so many others at the height of influenza A with the flu and pneumonia. I’d imagine it was quite busy during this time and yet he was treated with such kindness by so many At Bronson. Even though he felt miserable and for his health needed to be checked constantly throughout the night, he only talked about the wonderful people he met, how he felt much more healthy by the end of his stay and even how great the change of food was from the past.
