Mohammed is the most kind person I’ve encountered in a long time!

Mohammed in phlebotomy at the John St. lab is the best, most kind person I’ve encountered in a long time! He’s the first person after several attempts of trying and several visits to actually get blood out of me for my labs. He even thought quickly on his feet to try another method when things weren’t working and he could tell I was about to faint. After, he sat with me and showed me how to breathe to get back to normal and chatted with me for about 20 minutes until I was fine to walk and drive again. He didn’t make me feel rushed and he was so kind. Thank you, Mohammed!!!
