Staff went out of their way to help

I had hernia surgery with Dr. Murray in Battle Creek which went well.  When I reacted to the adhesive, staff at Bronson General Surgery Specialists – Battle Creek went out of their way to help, especially RN Cecilia “Cici”.  Cici spent a lot of time with me making sure all the Durabond was removed.  She took the time to add an allergy to my medical chart and even rescheduled an upcoming appointment to be done via video to make it easier for me.  I was impressed with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help.
