Melissa has been doing outstanding and creative work supporting staff and patients

Today we recognize the Bronson Battle Creek Emergency Department (ED) case manager, Melissa Fuller, for working creatively to assure safe, effective care for patients and families.

It will come as no surprise that our ED treats a wide variety of patients… some with medical issues, some behavioral health issues, many who are challenged with both. Recently, we have seen a number of highly complex pediatric cases with a behavioral health component. Melissa has been doing outstanding and creative work supporting staff and patients with treatment plans and difficult to find placements. These are critical efforts that can make the difference in a successful outcome for a patient.
