Lyssa is always positive and is so welcoming to each and every patient

So I work with an exceptional human and I just feel like it is important to share the experiences I’ve had working with her. When I started here I was nervous how I would fit in, but Lyssa Nykamp took me right under her wing and made me feel like I was a part of the team immediately! Lyssa is always positive and is so welcoming to each and every patient. Her attitude is infectious and she keeps the mood light here in the office. I feel blessed to have her as my coworker and to call her a friend!

Aside from her kindness, she is an excellent teacher. She has helped me navigate Epic, Workday, and API. She has been extremely patient as I continue to learn new things daily and does an excellent job pushing me to use my skills to find answers to any questions I come up with.

I just want everyone to understand how lucky I feel to work with everyone on my team, but especially Lyssa – she is a true gem!
