Joe epitomized everything that is Bronson Positivity!

I presented to outpatient pre-op on the morning of 9/25 for a tonsillectomy. My first patient contact (outside of registration) was Joe! What a great guy! Joe was so welcoming; he chatted with my husband while I was in the bathroom & showed genuine interest in our family. When we got back to our room to proceeded to tell us about himself, not only about his time with Bronson, but his family life! By doing what he probably does on a daily basis, Joe epitomized everything that is Bronson positivity! Bronson is so lucky to have such a great employee as Joe!
