This is written to recognize Jessica, Medical Assistant for Dr. Konicki at Bronson Primary Care Partners – 9th Street. My wife Joyce and I want people to know that Jessica is an MA Extraordinaire. At our ages, we have interacted with many, many medical assistants, and we believe Jessica is the best! She is very pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable, listens well, shows concern for us, and is just a pleasant person to be around. She is also very efficient, shown by the extremely timely replies to messages sent to the office for Dr. Konicki. Jessica deserves the highest kudos as an MA.
