Jen, the phlebotomist that worked with us was absolutely amazing!

Good morning! I just wanted to share a positive experience that my husband and I had with Bronson Lab and Diagnostic testing on Centre Ave. on Friday, October 18th. My husband is deathly afraid of needles and lab work is never anything we look forward to. I generally will drive him to and from the visit as he has a tendency to either pass out or come very close to passing out during the lab draw. Jen, the phlebotomist that worked with us was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly caring, understanding and patient as he needed to spend some time in the room following the “poke” to make sure that he was ok and his color returned to his face and obviously making sure he didn’t pass out. She provided him with juice to help with his blood sugar and really truly made him feel very at ease and not embarrassed. We appreciated her so very much as she is a true example of Bronson Positivity. 🙂
