It’s hard to comprehend this level of customer patient service as it is so rare

I’ve never written a hospital review until I met Mary and her team at the Bronson Battle Creek Infusion Center. Mary and her team (Janet, Lori, Beth, Cheryl, and Adam) are extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and attentive.  Upon meeting Mary and her team, I had high anxiety during my initial visit and Mary was sensitive to this… and magically knew how to reduce my apprehension and concerns. She patiently took the time to ensure I was comfortable and explained every aspect of my 8-week infusion process in detail…but more importantly, in “clear text” terminology. She also explained all aspects of my condition to include their requirements and their expectations from me for the best possible outcome. I did not feel like a “number” being processed in their schedule on each daily office visit. In fact, on her day off this past Sunday, my infusion pump and tubing had malfunctioned. During day one, Mary had given me an “emergency contact number”  should I have any problems. On this particular Sunday, Mary put on her uniform and met me at the infusion lab and resolved the matter like the true professional she is. It’s hard to comprehend this level of customer (patient) service as it is so rare. I just wanted to take a moment to say “THANK YOU” to Mary and her infusion team for the OUTSTANDING JOB they do and for the kindness, compassion, and respect they give to their customers.
