It’s always a pleasure to hear her voice and see her smiling face!

I would like to give kudos to Nurse Jenn at Bronson Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. My two sons have a bleeding disorder, so I’ve known Jenn their entire lives. The center’s name has changed, their hematologist has retired and his nurse moved on, but Jenn has been a constant. No matter how ridiculous I am or how silly the question, she’s always pleasant, thorough and patient. It’s always a pleasure to hear her voice and see her smiling face!
