It was my honor to work with such a professional and prepared organization
I supported Bronson Methodist Hospital during the February 2018 flooding in Kalamazoo. My role was to coordinate regional or state resources if necessary to support continuity of care. The level of professionalism, team cohesion, and the level of preparedness displayed by the Bronson staff was unparalleled in my experience. The Bronson staff both anticipated potential threats to their system and had contingency plans ready. The organization and leadership of the Incident Command Staff was exemplary. The assigned Incident Commanders successfully maintained an atmosphere of both levity and purpose throughout the nearly week long activation. It was my honor to work with such a professional and prepared organization.
