It made me feel so good that this tech had cared

I had an appointment at the Mary Coleman Breast Health Center yesterday for a mammogram. I am writing to praise the tech who did my study. Because of arthritis, it is difficult for me to stand straight enough to get a good study. I now routinely mention that to the tech and suggest doing the study with me seated on a stool. Yesterday when I did so, the tech responded that she had done my mammogram in the past and had made a note previously in my chart of this detail, so she was all set for me. It made me feel so good that this tech had cared enough about both my comfort and also assisting me with the position so we could get a good quality study. I wish I took her name down, but I am hopeful she will be easy to identify with the details I’ve provided. Thank you.
