I went to an appointment with my mother, Bonnie Ellis. My mom has limited mobility and drives from Battle Creek to see Dr. Kasten. She had a CT scan in Battle Creek and after it, she needed an additional ultrasound. Chris understood that it was hard for her to go alone and listened to her when she hared that I have to help. He then went an extra step and scheduled her ultrasound right after her appointment. It made it much easier for her (most importantly) and me. Thank you!
