After the loss of a patient, I was very impressed by the quick and caring response by the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team. They also circled back to ensure that the people who were involved in the situation were still doing okay and to let them know that additional support could be provided to them. Staff members were impressed with the quick and caring response from the CISM team.

As a leader, it was nice that both my team and I were supported. During the debriefing, I was able to deal with how the situation affected me and was able to acknowledge and release my feelings. This really allowed me to better support my staff.

It is nice knowing that Bronson takes the time to support employees through services like CISM. It means a lot to be there for our staff that deals with such tragedy.

I would absolutely rely on the CISM team again!
