If you look up the comparison of Hospitals you will find that the one I just had an operation in does not even come close to the caliber of Bronson.

James Cole, Patient

I am writing to put forth a recommendation for Caitlin M Cornellier – Medical Secretary – Bronson Methodist Hospital – Neuroscience center.

My wife Maxine and were patients of Dr Dennis Jewett and Karen Freshwater. We moved from Michigan to New York and needed for our records to be transferred. We worked on this for about 2 months to no avail with just a constant stream of errors that prevented the information from getting to Dr Charles Agroff.

Then Caitlin Cornellier got involved and she was so professional and nice at the same time and following the records each step of the way and made repeated phone calls and finally the information was received and we have an appointment with Dr Agroff.

Also, while we were in Kalamazoo we never really fully appreciated how fortunate we were to have Bronson for a Hospital and actually also Borgess.

If you look up the comparison of Hospitals you will find that the one I just had an operation in does not even come close to the caliber of Bronson.

I had a recurrent Hernia operation at Saratoga Hospital and the pain medication was not put in by the Anesthesiologist and I woke to the most horrible incredible pain that anyone could imagine. I am sure it was the same pain people experience when having limbs cut off with no anesthesia.

I won’t go into any more detail but you can be assured that I now appreciate Bronson Hospital and someday we may be back.

However, my primary message is to commend Caitlin for all the help she gave us as she went far beyond the call of duty and is an example of the type of person employed by Bronson.
