If it wasn’t for the cancer, it would be fun coming to the Cancer Center

In May of 2020, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I went to the Mayo Clinic, but soon realized the 20 hour round trip wouldn’t work in the long-term. My neighbor, who was fighting brain cancer at the time, told me about the wonderful care he was receiving at the Bronson Cancer Center in Battle Creek. I am so glad I took the advice.
I have received such great care at the Bronson Cancer Center. I have not had a bad experience with anyone here. Dr. Tariq – my medical oncologist – and Dr. Webb – my radiation oncologist – have both been incredible. They are compassionate. They listen to my concerns and answer my questions.
I also love my nurses. They are the absolute best! They are so fun, but very professional. I have told them that if it wasn’t for the cancer, it would be fun coming to the Cancer Center. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for Bronson Cancer Care and the exceptional care I am able to get close to home.
