My 2 year old and I were recently patients at Beckley Road Urgent Care. I cannot begin to express how kind, compassionate & thorough our treatment was. From the moment we checked in, Bronson exceeded our expectations. I knew that the office was working in a new computer system so I anticipated a lengthy wait however, that was not the case at all. After a speedy check in from the wonderful registration clerk we were called promptly to a room. Once in the room our nurse went over and above to make us feel comfortable, no detail was too small. Shortly after our nurse left, Dr. Cesar Baldeon came into the room to assess us. Immediately upon entering the room Dr. Baldeon began trying to make my son feel more comfortable by offering him exam gloves & a tongue depressor. Despite a busy evening Dr. Baldeon listened to every concern we had without making us feel as though we were burdening him. After our exams he even gave my son a matchbox car. I would recommend every single person we encountered that night to any of my friends and family members. Thank you to staff & physicians alike for the amazing care at Urgent Care on February 20, 2015, you are all rock stars!!!
