I was seen in the ER on the morning of the 23rd of June. I wish to thank my nurse, Tracy O. for the care and concern she showed us. Her professionalism and speedy care made a huge difference in my recovery. She is highly personable, informative and funny. I don’t know what my experience would have been like with another nurse, but I’m glad I got her. I was in extreme pain, and she acknowledged it. The ER is not the most enjoyable place to work, but she navigates it with ease. Please, let her know that I am grateful to have experienced her care.
