I had been fighting a cold/sinus infection for almost a week and wasn’t sure when I’d be able to get into my doctor’s office. I signed up for the BronsonConnect Video Visit and was connected to Rebecca Carter, FNP-C who diagnosed me with a sinus infection and called in a prescription for an antibiotic. I am impressed at how quickly the whole process was, from getting signed up to seeing a provider, everything went so smoothly. Rebecca was so helpful and so kind. I really appreciate her care and the efficiency of the video visit. I will definitely be using this service in the future!
