I truly applaud their efforts

My husband needed testing for Covid-19.  There was a problem with his sample and was helped to resolve this issue by Joel Thomas in the lab at Advanced Radiology as well as Sandra Rasnake in the main Lab.  They both went out of their way to help resolve the problem as well as reporting this issue for quality improvement.  Their efforts will help to keep Kalamazoo a healthier community during this pandemic.  I truly applaud their efforts.
