Project SEARCH is a transition program that helps young adults with disabilities obtain meaningful employment. Project SEARCH interns perform entry level work at Bronson Methodist Hospital to develop skills that will transfer to the workplace. Bronson collaborates with several community organizations to help the interns gain independence by improving their daily living skills, securing reliable transportation and more.
