I no longer woke up and went to sleep with back pain
When I first signed up for personal training at Bronson Athletic Club, I had no idea what to expect. At the gym, I typically focused on cardio workouts and avoided lifting weights for fear of hurting myself with poor form. My goal in starting personal training was to learn safe weight lifting for whole body toning. I specifically wanted to work on posture training to help prevent back pain and add in some additional exercises for pelvic floor strengthening.
When I began working with Patti, I realized that weight lifting and toning did not need to be intimidating. Patti was the perfect kind of trainer for me – incredibly knowledgeable in planning balanced workout routines and joyful to work with, while also pushing me further with each session. After a little over a month, I was already seeing huge results. I no longer woke up and went to sleep with back pain! I could see my muscles becoming more pronounced. As a perk, I was also able to discontinue medication for pelvic floor dysfunction and have no consequent issues. Thanks to Patti I now feel confident going to the gym for more than just cardiovascular fitness!
