I hope I can always have Denise as my Phlebotomist.

I went to Bronson Hospital in South Haven, today, to have labs drawn. I had a phlebotomist named Denise. Denise met me with a Big Smile, and was very cordial, open and friendly. I had to have several vials of blood drawn and she was excellent at drawing my blood. She was so pleasant, and just a joy to have her involved in my care. She actually went out of her way to wheel me to our car, and helped my husband get me transferred safely into the front seat. I told her that I was going to do A Bronson Positivity Story about her because of her Extremely Positive Attitude,  and how it  really showed how much she loved her job. She was extremely competent, Cordial. I was so pleased with how pleasant my experience was with the Lab at Bronson SH was. Because of her Extremely Positive Attitude and very warm hospitable demeanor, she made an unpleasant event a Sheer Joy

I hope I can always have Denise as my Phlebotomist.
