I had spectacular care and support from your staff in the ED

I came to the Emergency Department (ED) last night about 10 pm and had spectacular care and support from your staff. It sounded like the evening had been busy and my husband and I were just one more… but that is the point we were treated as if we were the only ones in need of attention. Sure we had wait time, but each person that did intake, evaluation, and treatment were extremely caring. My husband and I talked about it on our way home and again today. We were deeply touched by the appropriate humor to lighten the visit as well as feeling like we were heard and deeply cared for. In a world that is busy with so many problems and concerns last night was a gift. Please thank the staff for us again. Sincerely, Karin Larsen
