I felt very proud and safe leaving there knowing the kind Bronson staff that work there
On 1/11/2018 I was worried that I had caught the flu. I went over to FastCare on West Main. When I walked in, there was a waiting room filled with patients having a lot of the same issues I was having. The patients kept on coming in and going out. I was thinking to myself about how hard this must be to work in a situation like this. A large amount of patients sick, not happy, don’t like to wait.
When I got in the exam room I was checked in by a Medical Assistant named Jacquelyn Carpenter who is also the Safety Champion for FastCare. After waiting a few minutes I was seen by Cynthia A Crestsinger, PA-C.
I have got to say that these staff members were very calm considering how busy they were. They did not seem rushed and you could tell that they were passionate about their jobs. What made feel even better about being there was the knowledge they had about safety topics including the Cindy remembering an email she read from me about winter falls and Jacquelyn being the Safety Champion.
