I feel great, my diet is on point and my energy level is through the roof
I’ve always struggled with managing my weight and was prone to yo-yo dieting. About six months ago, I was back up to 210 pounds and my diet was poor. I used to come to Bronson Athletic Club (BAC) occasionally as a guest with a friend, so I decided to become a member and began working out several days a week.
For a while, my workouts consisted of some weight training, cardio and abdominal exercises. I had never taken any of the group exercise classes offered at the BAC, but decided I’d try a few to see what they were all about.
That first class just about killed me! I was challenged more than I ever would have been working out on my own. I kept going and tried all of the Les Mills™ classes, including BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat and more. Eventually I was attending classes 5 to 6 days each week and I started losing weight.
Since then, I’ve lost 52 pounds! I feel great, my diet is on point and my energy level is through the roof.
Thank you to the BAC and so many of the trainers – including Jill, Barb, Meg and Jeremy – who have helped me achieve my fitness goals!
