I can’t thank Bronson enough for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience

Sharon Seelye, Donor

Several weeks ago my granddaughter ended up in the ER on a Sunday. Her hands and feet were swollen, she was covered in a rash and had been diagnosed by her pediatrician with strep. The nurses and doctors were phenomenal. Bloodwork needed to be done. The nurses distracted her with a large iPad showing a video of SpongeBob Squarepants. The nurses told her how brave she was and were so caring. The physician did such a good job of explaining every finding and letting us know the purpose of every step. In the end the diagnosis was swelling from the strep and the rash was due to fifth’s disease caused by a virus. It took a while to sort out what was going on but we felt confident when we left that no stone was left unturned. Our granddaughter is on the mend and I can’t thank Bronson enough for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Thank you Bronson
