I can already see a huge improvement

When the appointment was scheduled I was very apprehensive. I didn’t know what was going to happen during the appointment, if it would hurt and worst of all how embarrassed was I going to be during the visit. After meeting with Donna Pennington (Nurse Practitioner) I was at total ease during the visit. She explained what she was going to do and why she was doing it. She talked to me during the entire procedure-which also kept me at ease.

At the following meeting I was a little worried, but figured it wouldn’t be any worse than the first visit. I was correct in my assumption. Again, Donna came in and talked to me. She asked many questions-from those questions she was able to determine exactly where to start my treatment.

By the end of the visit I had to let Donna know how wonderful she is. I told her she was the only person-be it Doctor or Nurse Practitioner that I had ever felt that comfortable with. I wasn’t embarrassed-and even agreed to let a nurse in training sit in during the procedure. I am scheduled for two more appointments but can already see a huge improvement. I cannot recommend Bronson Healthcare Midwest Urology and it’s staff especially Donna Pennington enough.
