On 10/29 I saw Pamela Blakemore-Ray for abdominal pain and she was absolutely outstanding, while also offering clear explanation and answering all of my questions. This appointment was last minute notice, and I appreciate her allowing me the full time and not making me feel rushed. She was absolutely fantastic. I also want to note, although I did not catch her name, that one of your nurses displayed a high level of compassion in the lobby between family medicine and internal medicine. A patient came out and was crying because she had dementia and was getting old. Your employees exhibited a high level of compassion and care that makes me really have faith in your organization. I appreciate all of you.
