I am in a position to help

I give to the United Way because it supports programs that I see are needed in the community. Two of the organizations that I designate to support through my United Way contribution are the Charitable Union and the Haven of Rest. I’ve been a respiratory therapist for 37 years, and I sometimes see patients come through who need help from these organizations. These are people in need more than I am, and I am in a position to help.
