I am beyond grateful for this rapid, quality service

I would like to thank and commend the staff at Bronson Center for Women Breast Health imaging. Last Wednesday I went in for my annual mammogram at the new facility on 11th Street (Bronson Mammography) (very convenient). I chose the 3D imaging as I did last year. Wednesday afternoon I was contacted that they had found an abnormality. They requested I have a follow up ultrasound and they could get me in on Friday morning. I was told the radiologist would read it then. I took my husband with me just in case it was bad news. By 8:15 Friday morning we were fortunate enough to get great news from the doctor that it was a benign cyst.

Every person I interacted with from check-in staff to the technicians to the radiologist (wish I had written down his name) were very kind and professional.

I am so grateful that the whole process from the mammogram to the ultrasound took less than 48 hours. It was a stressful time but it was a very short time to worry and “think too much”. The Center for Women has an amazing system and staff in place. I not only had the option of the 3D mammogram but also had access to rapid health follow up service. I am beyond grateful for this rapid, quality service. Please pass on my gratitude.
