I am always proud and so willing to steer family and friends to this wonderful facility

Kelly Casey, Patient

I had an EGD this morning at Bronson Methodist Hospital. I retired from Bronson 5 years ago after 34 years. The staff in the Endoscopy Unit is top notch! From the time I entered the area until I left I felt like I was a personal friend! I’m sorry I can’t remember all of the names of folks looking after me but I do remember Mike D. R.N. who got me ready for my procedure.

Years ago when the community and Bronson participated in Corporate Olympics Mike and I were on the Bronson volleyball team. It was nice reminiscing. The staff in the procedure room including Dr. Quertermus made me feel so at ease (they could tell I was anxious with many things weighing heavily on my mind). I always was and will continue to be proud to say I worked at Bronson.

My profession (Medical Technologist) was rewarding and being able to use those skills at Bronson was rewarding to me as well. I am always proud and so willing to steer family and friends to this wonderful facility confident that they will receive the best healthcare available. What a bunch of caring individuals in the Endoscopy Unit! Job well done 😍
