I always feel like we get very personal service

After a bit of a rough week with both our children I have to give a huge thank you to the staff at Bronson Rambling Road Pediatrics in Portage. Everyone was wonderful to us and treated us with care and compassion. I want to give special thanks to Dr. Elias for personally calling me 2 days in a row to help problem solve and come up with a plan of care, and Katie Longoria and Dr. Becjek for immediately addressing a more urgent situation, listening carefully and making sure we promptly got the follow up care we needed. For such a large peds practice I always feel like we get very personal service and that the providers really care about our children.
