Her quality of life was of everyone’s greatest importance
My mother-in-law came into the Bronson Battle Creek ER after a fall at home. From the time Life Care EMS arrived at her home Tuesday, September 17th to the time we said our final good-byes on Friday, September 20th, the support of the full staff at Bronson BC was remarkable.
The treatment and care she received was of the highest priority. Her quality of life was of the greatest importance for everyone and for that we are so appreciative. The staff fully respected my mother-in-laws wishes and were incredibly kind in handling her needs and ours. They never make us feel that they were being imposed upon or bothered. They were personable and a pleasure to have around us during our stay.
My mother-in-law had been a long-time patient of Dr. Potempa from Bronson Critical Care & Pulmonary Medicine Specialists. She adored Dr. Potempa and appreciated their team effort toward optimizing my mother-in-law’s health over the years.
We would like to thank the team at Bronson Battle Creek and Southwest Michigan Hospice for all they have done. The positive changes with this hospital are apparent. Keep up the great work!
