Every single person I encountered was kind, courteous, and seemed to love their jobs

Jessica DeKoning, Patient
I had the best experience today for my ACL reconstruction surgery. This was the first time I have gone under general anesthesia and I was very nervous. When I got there, I was immediately put at ease by my pre-op nurse. I believe his name was Mike. He made sure I knew everything that was going on, was patient when I asked questions, and I could tell he loved his job. Later, after receiving a nerve block I realized I needed to use the restroom. The nurses, including Margie P. and Nan were amazing and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them at all. The anesthesiologist I had was incredible and made sure to explain everything he was doing. The nurse who took me to the OR was kind. Dr. Ken Highhouse, my surgeon, has been wonderful every time I had the opportunity to see him! Finally, the nurses in PACU were phenomenal. They were accommodating, explained everything to me in language I could understand, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The Bronson Outpatient Surgery Center is top notch. They go above and beyond for their patients and every single person I encountered was kind, courteous, and seemed to love their jobs. I will be recommending Bronson and Dr. Ken Highhouse to all people who need outpatient surgery and orthopedic healthcare. Thank you Bronson Outpatient Surgery and Dr. Ken Highhouse, you genuinely encompass “Bronson Positivity”.
