Even in your masks, shields and glasses, I could still see your halos
In a thoughtful hand-written note, Nancy shares her experience as a patient at Bronson Rehabilitation Services – John St. in Kalamazoo. Read the note below:
“I would like to take this opportunity to tell you why I am thankful this holiday season.
My two special angels, [therapists] Kim and Tiffany. Thank you for pushing me in a very kind way to make me stronger and giving me the tools to achieve that. Also, for making this ‘old lady’ feel important and capable.
My wonderful scheduling and cleaning angels, Rhonda and Paula. Thank you for keeping me germ-free and making it so easy to make appointments. Also, thank you for making me feel so comfortable. Sweethearts! 🙂
My wonderful greeting angel, Diane. It was lovely to talk to someone who always was so cheerful, even though she had to ask everyone the same 50 questions 100 times a day. You are a gem!
Even though you were ‘just doing your jobs,’ to me, you were all angels. Even in your masks, shields and glasses, I could still see your halos.”
