Dr. Timothy VanderKooy was very kind

My son was very uneasy going into the Emergency Department (ED) as he knew he would have to deal with needles. Dr. Timothy VanderKooy was very kind, trying to keep my sons thoughts on anything but what was going on and explained everything to my son as the questions came up.

We were greeted by a friendly face, Danielle T. who was prompt in checking us in and gathering the details for the ED staff.

Lastly, Our RN, Jen K. was also great. She kept my son engaged with a positive attitude and explained everything she was doing for his care as she did it.
