Dr. Roberts and Carrie are genuine in their relations with patients.

Edward Pawlak, Family Member

Almost one year ago, Dr. Jason Roberts performed surgery on my wife’s shattered tibia. The surgery went well, and Mary had several follow-up office visits. Dr. Roberts always showed X-rays of her tibia and the progress being made. He was attentive to Mary’s questions and concerns, and her rehabilitation plan. His medical assistant Carrie is the best. She is engaging and shows genuine concern about the status of the patient’s condition in preparation for the doctor’s meeting. You can count on her to be an advocate for the patient if an earlier appointment is necessary. She listens. Both are genuine in their relations with patients. They are NOT into office ritual obligatory routine follow-ups. We are grateful to have them as our health care providers.
