Dr. Michael Kasten and his entire staff have been simply, THE BEST! The front office staff, Dawn and Lee Anne are efficient and so friendly! Halli and Kristi are helpful and always able to answer our questions or get the information needed. Monica effectively gathers all patient info from the visit as Dr. Kasten attends to his patients. PA’s Steve and Charles are thorough, patient and make sure every detail is covered. Finally, Dr. Kasten is probably one of the best medical professionals we have had the pleasure to work with. While it was extreme pain and a very serious condition that brought my husband to see him, he not only addressed a very dangerous and risky operation with confidence, honesty and skill, he was extremely reassuring and always “with us” every step of the way.
